Just as not all materials are alike, the same is true of the equipment needs for different projects. Our machines range in size, which is measured in tons of clamping force, from 100-250 tons. We also have machines configured horizontally, vertically and vertically with dual injection.

Horizontal configuration helps maximize speed and efficiency particularly on single color, fast cycle parts. These machines, ranging from 100 to 200 tons, are often used with molds designed for full automatic operation. 

Vertical configuration is perfectly suited for parts that have color inlays, fabric backing or metal inserts. We have machines from 120 tons to 200 tons for these projects.

Vertical dual injection is a specialty technology.  With careful attention to mold making, using dual injection technology allows us to inject two materials into one part cavity at the same time.  This means we can present two colors, or two different materials, in the same part without color dams. We have machines from 160 tons to 250 tons for dual injection, and again, being vertical machines they are well suited for insert molding.
